SHIPPING

  • Shipping is free on all USA orders over $149.99. Orders less than $149.99 are a $7.99 flat rate. 

  • All international orders are $24.99 flat rate and FREE shipping for orders over $200.
  • We ship directly from our warehouse in Houston,Tx

  • Due to order volume and handpicked quality of our products, our order processing time is 3-4 business days (mostly quicker).

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an update with a tracking number.

  • Orders typically arrive within 5-7 days after the order has been processed and shipped.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.

RETURNS

  All  SALE items are FINAL SALE purchases                   and therefore cannot be returned for any reason.

  • We fully stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
  • All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to email to pay for it to be shipped back to you.  All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • If you wish for us to send you a prepaid return shipping label, we charge $7.99/label and will deduct this amount from your total refund. 

HOW TO RETURN

Please ensure that the returned item is shipped back in its original form, tags attached and unworn.

  • All items are inspected after arrival to determine if eligible for store credit.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customer must provide tracking information.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your return is LOST and we did not receive tracking information, we will not be able to process your return and you will NOT receive store credit.
  • There is a 14 day return policy which means we must receive the package back in our facility within 14 days. All returns that are received after 14 days will NOT be eligible for store credit. Items received after 14 days will be shipped back to the customer.
